Once you have recieved a user name and password from us, you can use the following methods to download/upload files from HEF.
The first method is to log on to our FTP Server by filling in the information below. After you are logged on, if you are using a Windows Operating System, open your Windows Explorer and use drag & drop to transfer files directly between the FTP Window and your local System.
The second method is by using an FTP program (such as Cute FTP) to access the files directly from our FTP server at ftp://ftp.hef.com
